Torture Case: Kyrgyz Musician Sues Police Officers

Bishkek jazz musician Vikram Ruzakhunov is one of those who endured physical abuse in Koshmambet during Qantar.
The Bishkek jazz musician was subject to torture in Koshmambet for several days.
If the public had not recognized the famous musician on Kazakhstan's TV channels, there might not have been a criminal case, much less a trial. Ruzakhunov was forced to admit that he had participated in the mass unrest during the January Events.
