Toqayev Wished Ilham Aliyev A Happy Birthday

The President of Azerbaijan turned 63 today, Orda.kz reports.
On December 24, Qasym-Jomart Toqayev congratulated Ilham Aliyev by phone.
The Presidents discussed strengthening strategic partnership, including trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation. They paid special attention to the implementation of agreements reached during mutual visits at the highest level, Aqorda's statement says.
Qasym-Jomart Toqayev and Ilham Aliyev met last November at the World Climate Summit held in Baku.
