Toqayev Signs Law on Reforming Judicial System

The text of the law is published in the press, Orda.kz reports, citing Aqorda.
On November 21, President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev signed the law “On Amendments and Supplements to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Issues of Reforming the Judicial System and Improving Procedural Legislation.”
In early November, the Senate approved it in two readings.
The document provides for changes to the criminal procedure, civil procedure, and administrative procedure codes, as well as to several related legislative acts.
