Toqayev Approves Plan with 53 National Qurultay Meeting Initiatives

President Qasym-Jomart Toqayev has signed a comprehensive action plan to implement proposals made at the 4th meeting of the National Qurultay, Orda.kz reports.
The plan includes 53 measures addressing both humanitarian and socio-economic development.
State Advisor Yerlan Karin shared details on his Telegram channel.
The humanitarian section includes:
- Launch of the “Children of Kazakhstan” program
- Creation of a National Digital Archive
- Support for theaters and the opening of Abay Institutes abroad
- Efforts to combat drug addiction and protect biodiversity
In the socio-economic sphere, the plan outlines
- Modernization of 1,300 schools within three years
- Construction of rehabilitation centers
- New regional development strategies
- Road and airport reconstruction projects — including a highway from Astana through Arqalyq, Turgay, and Irgiz connecting to the Trans-Caspian international transport route, and the restoration and expansion of Arqalyq airport
- Launch of 200 new investment projects annually
The roadmap also includes plans to introduce new legislation focused on supporting border regions, science cities, NGOs, and children with special needs.
