Qasym-Jomart Toqayev and Nikol Pashinyan discussed the regional and international agenda in a telephone conversation, Orda.kz reports, citing the presidential press service.
The President of Kazakhstan and the Prime Minister of Armenia plan to bolster cooperation in the trade, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres.
Special attention was paid to the high-quality implementation of the agreements at the highest level reached during the official visit of the President of Kazakhstan to Armenia in April of this year, the press service reported.
In September, Toqayev congratulated Pashinyan on Armenia's Independence Day. That same month, the Armenian prime minister noted the CSTO posed a threat to Armenia's security, future existence, sovereignty, and statehood."
