Citizens empathize with the victims and families of those killed in the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane in Aqtau on December 25. To provide all possible assistance, residents of the capital donate blood,the Astana Akimat reports.

President Ilham Aliyev has declared December 26 as a day of mourning in Azerbaijan.
