Taraz: Sexual Assault Case Goes to Court
A criminal case on the gang rape of a 12-year-old girl in Taraz has been sent to the inter-district juvenile court of Jambyl region.
The injured party's lawyer informed an Orda.kz correspondent about this.
According to the lawyer, the case was initiated under Article 120, Part 4 and 121, Part 4 of the Criminal Code.
The mother, a Taraz resident, previously contacted our editorial office, stating that her 12-year-old daughter had become a victim of gang rape.
According to her, teenagers had sexually assaulted the schoolgirl several times and filmed it on video. Upon learning this, the mother filed a complaint with the police.
