Talgar District: Replacement for Khasan Kasymbaev’s Brother Found

A new Akim's apparatus head has been appointed in the Talgar district of the Almaty region, Orda.kz reports.
Previously, Aslan Kasymbayev, Khasan Kasymbayev's brother, held this position. Khasan Kasymbayev was rumored to be the leader of the Khutor gang; he has dismissed these rumors.
On November 4, Khasan Kasymbayev was detained on suspicion of crimes committed three years ago.
The appointment announcement was posted on the official Instagram page of the Talgar District Akimat.
Nurzhan Dikhanbekovich Abdalimov was appointed to the position of head of the apparatus of the Akim of the Talgar district, they wrote.
Nurzhan Abdalimov was born on June 10, 1988. He graduated from the Kazakh University of Railway Engineering with a degree in customs affairs and also received a master's degree in law from the Kainar Academy.
He worked as a senior operator of the State Enterprise “Center for Information Systems of Almaty City,” a specialist in the development of entrepreneurship and industry of the Akim apparatus of Almaty's Alatau district, was the head of the department of legal issues, then the department of entrepreneurship and industry. He was also the chief specialist in legal matters.
Since April 2023, he headed the state and legal department of the Akim of Talgar district apparatus.
On September 15, Aslan Kasymbayev was dismissed from his post as the head of the Talgar district Akim's apparatus.
On the same day, Talgar City Akim Bakhyt Kurishbekov and his deputy Matan Sagyndyk were dismissed for improper duty performance. Meanwhile, the Talgar district Akim Tanat Aidarbekov and his deputy Aibek Bidayev were subject to disciplinary action – reprimands.
