Tajik and Russian Interior Ministers Discuss Rights of Tajik Labor Migrants

Tajikistan’s Interior Minister Ramazon Rahimzoda and Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev held talks on migration issues, focusing on improving the conditions and legal status of Tajik labor migrants in Russia, Orda.kz reports, citing Vkd.tj.
The meeting took place on September 17 on the sidelines of the Forum on Transnational Security in Lianyungang, China.
During the discussions, the ministers also addressed strengthening cooperation in combating transnational organized crime, extremism, radicalism, drug trafficking, and cybercrime.
