Smailov Shared Who Will Be Audited in 2025

Alikhan Smailov spoke about the inspections that the Supreme Audit Chamber will conduct in 2025, Orda.kz reports.
Next year the SAC will check the efficiency of using state funds in the Jambyl, North Kazakhstan, and Qostanay regions.
There will be an audit of the use of funds allocated for the education and training of athletes, including in high-performance sports.
We will also check the effectiveness of the work to combat illegal gambling and ludomania. Here we will touch upon several ministries at once, noted the SAC Chair.
The activities of social entrepreneurship corporations in 12 regions of the republic will also be assessed. In total, 41 audit events are planned for 2025.
These audits are aimed at increasing the transparency and efficiency of budget funds. Particular attention will be paid to areas that play a strategic role in the socio-economic development of our country, concluded Alikhan Smailov.
He recalled that in 2024, the SAC conducted 23 audit activities covering 185 facilities and over 10.3 trillion tenge.
