Six Still in Hospital: Health Ministry Reports Passengers' Conditions
Six patients remain under treatment at the Mangystau Regional Multidisciplinary Hospital, four in the intensive care unit and two in the trauma department, according to Orda.kz reports, citing Kazakhstan's Ministry of Health.
According to doctors, there is no deterioration in the patients' condition; one has been taken off vasopressors, and another person's dose of tonics has been reduced from three to one.
The issue of transporting three injured is being resolved with the health authorities of Kyrgyzstan, two of whom are transportable, and one is in serious condition and is on a ventilator. A consultation with doctors is planned on the issue of evacuating two patients from Azerbaijan, to assess their readiness for transportation, the department reported.
Of the 29 injured in the crash of a passenger plane near the airport in Aqtau, 27 were taken to the Mangistau Regional Hospital.
Patients were admitted with various injuries, such as closed craniocerebral trauma, concussions, closed chest injuries, and traumatic shock.
To provide first aid to the victims within 10 minutes after the aircraft crashed, 22 ambulance teams from the Mangystau region and six teams from the disaster medicine center were already on site. Thanks to the timely hospitalization of the injured in Aqtau hospitals, qualified sorting and provision of full medical and diagnostic care in the first critical hours, it was possible to save the lives of 29 people, The Ministry of Health reported.

In the first, most critical hours of hospitalization for people with severe injuries, it was essential to immediately bring life-saving equipment online, make an accurate diagnosis, and assign the necessary medications. Our doctors managed this task at a high professional level under challenging and extreme conditions, where every minute counted.

29 people, including two children, were hospitalized as a result of the plane crash. 15 were citizens of Azerbaijan, nine were citizens of Russia, three were citizens of Kyrgyzstan, and the citizenship of two more people is being clarified, as they are unconscious.
27 were taken to the Mangistau Regional Hospital, and two children, aged 11 and 16, were admitted to the regional children's hospital.
