Schoolgirl Gives Birth: Prosecutors and MIA Launch Investigation, 71-year-old Man Main Suspect

Orda recently reported on a shocking case in the Keles district of the Turkistan region. A 15-year-old girl gave birth to a child after being sexually abused. Her 71-year-old uncle, who lives nearby, is believed to be the suspect.
Now, new details have emerged, Orda.kz reports.
Children's Rights Commissioner Dinara Zakiyeva reported that the girl gave birth in January, and the mother's statement was received in October.
When the girl gave birth in Astana, the hospital notified the city police. The Astana Police Department registered the case with the Record Book of Information and transferred it to the Turkistan Region. However, the Keles District Police Department archived it, Zakiyeva wrote on her Instagram.
According to her, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the regional prosecutor's office are conducting an investigation into the incident.
The regional commissioner is working on the scene.
