Russia: YouTube Reportedly Working

The Insider reports that YouTube has started working in Russia.
In 2024, the platform started operating slowly or not at all. Before it started working again, MosFilm general director Karen Shakhnazarov said that Vladimir Putin had pledged to look into YouTube's slowdown in Russia.
On November 13, Shakhnazarov met with the Russian President and claimed MosFilm committed 42 armored vehicles and 8 tractors from its reserves to the "Special Military Operation."
