Roscosmos has released footage showing the evacuation of the Soyuz MS-27 crew after the spacecraft landed in Kazakhstan earlier today, Orda.kz reports.
The descent module touched down near Zhezkazgan with Russian cosmonauts Sergei Ryzhikov and Alexei Zubritsky, as well as NASA astronaut Jonathan Kim on board.
This morning, the ship undocked from the Prichal module. Its deorbit and descent to Earth proceeded smoothly,
Roscosmos stated.
The crew spent eight months aboard the ISS.
Their mission included installing the Ekran-M scientific equipment on the Nauka module — technology used for conducting experiments on semiconductor growth in microgravity.
