Regional Security in Focus: Toqayev Meets with CIS Intelligence Agencies' Heads

At a meeting with participants of the 55th Council of Heads of Security Agencies and Intelligence Agencies of the CIS countries, Qasym-Jomart Toqayev emphasized the importance of joint efforts to counter threats to regional security.
He stated that the exchange of operational and analytical information between services plays an important role; it helps to promptly work out coordinated approaches to defend CIS countries' interests.
The participants are the heads of delegations from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
Toqayev regularly speaks about international and regional security.
