Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has tasked his 17-year-old son, Adam Kadyrov, with overseeing property tax payments by municipal organizations, Orda.kz reports, citing The Caucasian Knot
Adam has already been named curator of the Russian University of Special Forces, assistant to the head of Chechnya, curator of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs, secretary of the republic’s Security Council, and overseer of aid to Palestine.
( I - Ed.) instructed responsible officials to ensure the proper fulfillment of property tax obligations by municipal organizations. Oversight of this instruction ( I - Ed.) assigned to Adam Kadyrov, Assistant to the Head of the Chechen Republic and Secretary of the Security Council of the Chechen Republic., Ramzan Kadyrov wrote on Telegram.
