In July 2025, Shubarkol Premium transported 416,000 tons of coal by rail — a record in the company’s history.
Over the first seven months of the year, 1.3 million tons were shipped, including 244,000 tons from Qyzyljar station and more than one million tons from Shubarkol station.
Thanks to the strategic management and consistent investments of the company’s shareholders, we achieved significant progress this year: production was modernized, new equipment was purchased, a new railway line is under construction, and a modern rail weighing system is being installed. These measures not only improved product quality but also brought the enterprise to a new stage of development, the company’s press service stated.
In 2025, Shubarkol Premium plans to mine more than three million tons of coal. Its products are in demand both in Kazakhstan and abroad.
Shubarkol Premium operates coal mines in the Qaraganda region. Since October 2024, the enterprise has been jointly owned by Kazakh entrepreneurs Kenges Rakishev and Shukhrat Ibragimov, who each hold a 50% stake.
