A cyclone will bring heavy rain and hail to several regions of Kazakhstan in the coming days, Orda.kz reports.
According to Kazhydromet, the western, northern, and central parts of the country will be affected by the weather system, which will also bring strong winds, potentially reaching storm levels.
In the east and southeast, the weather will mostly remain dry. Wind is expected across the country, with dust storms likely in the south,
meteorologists warned.
