Qyzylorda Schoolgirl: Five Minors among Suspects
Eleven people were identified as suspects in the case; five are minors, Orda.kz reports, citing Kazinform.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the criminal case is being investigated for involving a minor in prostitution.
In addition, cases are considered on the involvement of minors in prostitution; the organization or maintenance of brothels for prostitution and pandering; extortion; inclining to use narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues; torture; failure to fulfill obligations to raise a minor child, Kazinform reports
The Ministry of Internal Affairs specified that nine suspects are in custody, and two are under house arrest. Five of the 11 suspects are minors. The victim has been questioned. Whether the trial will be open is at the court's discretion.
