Ukrainian music group Quest Pistols has reportedly been dropped from an upcoming event in Astana, Orda.kz reports.
The band was expected to headline the Picnic by Partners event in the capital. However, a fan who purchased tickets shared a message from organizers on social media stating:
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, the Quest Pistols band will not be able to perform at the event.

Notably, the event’s official website does not list Quest Pistols among participants, and the identity of the headliner remains unspecified.

This marks the second cancellation of a Quest Pistols concert in Kazakhstan.
Ruslan Kuntuarov, director of the Eventuskaz agency and organizer of the Qostanay show, said he had submitted a request for permission in May. The application was rejected following a review of publications connected to the group.
