The new Allur Campus in Qostanay is nearing completion. Work on the project began in 2023 with construction expected to be finished by August 2025, Orda.kz reports.
The nine-story brick building spans over 13,500 square meters and is designed to accommodate 250–300 residents. It includes 71 family rooms, 60 rooms for students, and 20 rooms for temporary guests.
Each living space comes with a private kitchen, bathroom, and relaxation area.

The campus is also equipped with a computer room, library, gym, medical center, and laundry facilities. Nearby, a range of sports infrastructure is planned: football and basketball courts, running tracks, workout zones, and table tennis areas.
Allur Campus is set to become a key part of the region’s infrastructure, supporting the training and housing of young professionals and students.
The project is fully funded by the Allur Group, with current investments exceeding 2.1 billion tenge.
The next development phase includes a residential complex, a nursery for 260 children, and additional sports and community facilities.
