On Tuesday night, law enforcement began to disperse protestors on Rustaveli Avenue, Orda reports.
The protestors had occupied the street and erected barricades from garbage containers.
Clashes lasted about three hours; law enforcement reportedly cleared the area in front of the parliament building.
During this time, the protesters threw bottles and stones and used pyrotechnics; law enforcement officers used water cannons and gas.
The Interior Ministry previously reported that more than 110 security officials were injured during the protests, and more than 200 people were detained.
Protests began on November 28, when the Georgian government announced that negotiations on the country's accession to the European Union would be postponed until 2028.
This decision caused a wave of discontent among the population.
