Oskemen: New Akim Appointed Amid Environmental Issues

The city maslikhat deputies agreed on the candidacy of Almat Akyshov for Akim with the Presidential Administration of Kazakhstan, Orda.kz reports.
The new Akim must deal with environmental issues and improve street lighting.
It is necessary to complete important projects in the economy, construction, improvement and social sphere. To increase the tourist attractiveness and harmonious appearance of the city, prepare proposals for a single design code for business facilities. Attract investors for breakthrough city projects. For all instructions, prepare a roadmap as soon as possible, The East Kazakhstan region Head, Yermek Kosherbayev, conveyed instructions to the new Akim.
