Orda.kz: Instagram and Threads Accounts Blocked
Photo: Orda.kz
On the evening of May 11, Orda.kz’s official Instagram and Threads accounts were blocked following a wave of baseless complaints.
We believe this was a coordinated attack on our platform and have contacted Meta with a formal request to restore access.
According to Meta's response, our accounts were targeted with a high volume of complaints, which triggered the platform's spam filters and led to the block. We remain hopeful that the issue will be resolved promptly.
This isn’t the first disruption we’ve faced — earlier this month, the Orda.kz website was also inaccessible. From 6:00 p.m. on May 3 to 6:00 p.m. on May 4, it was inaccessible from within Kazakhstan, though fully available to users abroad.
While our Instagram and Threads accounts remain offline, our TikTok, Facebook, Telegram, and Orda.kz remain operational.
