Supplies of Russian oil to Hungary and Slovakia have resumed after being suspended late last week following a Ukrainian strike on the Druzhba pipeline, Orda.kz reports.
Hungarian energy company MOL, which receives crude through the pipeline, and Slovak Economy Minister Denisa Saková confirmed the restoration of flows.
Meanwhile, Hungary’s Foreign Ministry announced that authorities have banned entry to the Schengen zone for the commander of the Ukrainian unit allegedly responsible for the strike.
Hungary has repeatedly accused Kyiv of targeting the Druzhba pipeline, with the latest attack reported by Budapest on August 22.
