No one showed interest in purchasing an asset confiscated from Kairat Satybaldyuly, Orda.kz reports.
According to the company responsible for managing recovered assets, the auction took place at the Baisat market in Almaty, but not a single bidder came forward.
The auction was held in September with a starting price of 28 billion tenge. New auction dates will be announced on CMRA’s official websites and on the open auction platform.
In 2024, Satybaldyuly returned luxury goods and assets worth 783 billion tenge to the state, including cars, real estate, business centers, watches, and rare coins.
CMRA also re-listed jewelry, coins, and watches with a combined starting price of 548 million tenge. These items were likely seized from Satybaldyuly. At earlier auctions, lots worth 67 million tenge had already been offered, but demand remained minimal.
