On March 11, a new company, AZM Zhaltyrbulak Limited, was registered as a resident of the Astana International Financial Center (AIFC), Orda.kz reports.
Among its founders is Gulnar Dosayeva, wife of Almaty Akim Yerbolat Dosayev.
According to AIFC records, the company is based in Astana and is led by Alimbek Seidullaev as its director. Its authorized capital stands at approximately 187 million tenge.
Dosayeva co-owns AZM Zhaltyrbulak Limited with five partners, including Yuri Pak and Berik Kaniyev — both of whom ranked 73rd on Kazakhstan's Forbes list for 2024. The three also share ownership of JSC Zhaltyrbulak, a company actively developing the Zhaltyrbulak gold deposit.
JSC Zhaltyrbulak — with the same co-founders and director but a more extensive capital base of 500 million tenge — was previously registered with the AIFC in July 2023.
