A new deputy city Akim has been appointed to the Talgar Akimat. 36-year-old Bauyrzhan Bayatyrov received the position, Orda.kz reports.
Bayatyrov graduated from the Central Asian University with a Jurisprudence degree and more than eight years of experience in the civil service.
Over the years, he worked as a specialist in the revenue department along with the state and legal departments in the administration of the Yenbekshikazakh and Talgar districts.
Before Bayatyrov's arrival, Matan Sagyndyk held the post of deputy akim of Talgar. He, Akim Bakhyt Kurishbekov, and the apparatus head, Aslan Kasymbayev, were dismissed for improperly performing their duties.
All this happened against the backdrop of the high-profile homicide of 16-year-old Sherzat Polat.
