For the purpose of processing, generating and analyzing texts in the Kazakh language, the draft law proposes the creation of a large language model of the Kazakh language based on artificial neural network technology. During the consideration of the draft law, deputies provided for norms aimed at regulating the institution of mentoring and solving educational issues, says the conclusion to the bill.
Opportunities for studying under the Bolashak International Scholarship Program at the bachelor's level will also be expanded for winners of international Olympiads and competitions of scientific projects and performers.
