Russia is "carefully studying" the statements following negotiations between the U.S. and Ukraine and urges caution in drawing premature conclusions about a ceasefire, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated.
We assume that Secretary of State Rubio and National Security Advisor Waltz will brief us through various channels in the coming days on the details of the negotiations and the understandings reached,Peskov said.
There are no agreements yet for a call between Putin and Trump, but such talks "will be swiftly arranged" if the need arises, the press secretary added.
