Military Helicopter Disappears From Radar in Almaty Region

Search operations are underway for a missing helicopter, Orda.kz reports, citing Kazakhstan’s Air Force.
According to the Ministry of Defense, an EC-145 Eurocopter operated by the Air Force disappeared from radar near the village of Targap in the Almaty Region on July 25.
The aircraft had three crew members on board.
The helicopter was reportedly commissioned into service around 2020–2021.
