Medical Centers Being Built in Aqtobe Villages with Oligarchs' Money
1.4 billion tenge will be spent on building medical and obstetrical stations and medical outpatient clinics in the villages of the Aqtobe region, Orda.kz reports, citing the government press service.
Using funds allocated from the special state fund, 11 medical institutions are expected to be built in the region by 2025.
The program covers the following districts:
- Nura, Irgiz district
- Nogayty, Baiganin district
- Shokysu, Shalkar district
- Sarysay, Shalkar district
- Village Jaryq, Mugaljar district
- Togyz Shalkar district
- Begaly, Kobdin district
- Village of Jarma, Irgiz district
- Qaiyndy Mugalzhar district
- Mugaljar, Mugaljar district
- Village of Marzhanbulaq, Algin district
Medical centers are designed for 25-45 visits per day.
The special state fund stores money confiscated from oligarchs as part of the return of illegally acquired assets to the state.
