At a meeting in Beijing, Chair of Kazpost Bekezhan Zhakeyev and head of YTO Express Group Yu Weijiao agreed to develop joint projects. The parties discussed the development of the joint venture QazPost–YTO, YTO’s plans to enter the Central Asian market, and the expansion of international transit routes, Orda.kz reports.
“Kazakhstan is a key link in our global strategy. This opens the way for large-scale Chinese investment in the country’s economy,” said the chair of YTO Express Group.

Kazpost will join the implementation of the key project Almaty Sky Hub — a future logistics platform that will connect Central Asia with Europe and other regions. The joint venture QazPost–YTO plans to double volumes, strengthen digital integration, and expand infrastructure by the end of 2025.
Thanks to its high investment potential, Kazakhstan is consolidating its position as the leading logistics hub of the region. Our partnership with YTO Express allows us not only to strengthen national logistics infrastructure but also to reach a new level of e-commerce scaling, said Kazpost head Bekezhan Zhakeyev.
YTO Express Group is one of the largest logistics companies in China.
It is among the country’s top five express operators, engaged in delivery, transport, and digital logistics solutions, and is actively entering international markets.
