The Ministry of Defense has launched a new Telegram bot created with artificial intelligence, Orda.kz reports.
The AI-sulu bot was presented during a training session for military psychologists in Astana. According to the Ministry, it is designed to support military personnel and their families in coping with stress and difficult situations.
AI-sulu doesn't replace a live specialist, but it can be a first line of support. In difficult times, it will listen, provide guidance, and direct you to the right resources, said Kasymkhan Tuitin, head of the information department of the National Military-Patriotic Center.
The bot is available in Kazakh and Russian.
The Ministry of Defense emphasized that AI-sulu will remain anonymous and accessible at any time.
