Kazakhstan’s Culture Ministry Announces Four New State-Supported Animated Films

The Ministry of Culture and Information has announced the launch of four animated films to be produced with government support, Orda.kz reports.
Brief plot summaries provided by the ministry include:
- "Komanda A" (Team A) – A girl fights to save her family from hostile plants on another planet
- "Bäyterek turaly añyz" (Legend of Bäyterek) – Based on Kazakh mythology, a boy embarks on a quest to save the sacred Bäyterek tree
- "Alan turaly añyz" (Legend of Alan) – The story of a hero named Alan who helps defend a city from brutal invaders
- "Jibek" – A young girl named Jibek is saved by a dragon in childhood and, as an adult, searches for a missing caravan
