DALL-E
A bill using a unique notification number that will be personally sent to a future soldier's cell phone was approved in the Majilis of Parliament, Orda.kz reports.
The Ministry of Defense will send an SMS notification from the number “1414” to the user’s “personal account.”
Being able to get a deferment due to receiving an education has also changed.
To continue their education, Kazakhstanis will now be able to receive a deferment from conscription no more than once for each level of education. That is, repeated education in a bachelor's degree in another specialty will not be considered grounds for receiving it, it was said in the Majilis.
Married men whose spouse is pregnant may receive a deferment from military service for 12 weeks.
