Kazakhstan to Give Qatar Opportunity to Use Military Training Areas

At the Senate meeting on November 14, deputies will consider the draft law "On The Ratification of The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the State of Qatar on Military Cooperation," Orda.kz reports, citing the Senate's official site.
The military cooperation agreement will be aimed at strengthening and developing ties between Kazakhstan and Qatar in several sectors, namely:
In the field of military education and training of military personnel, military medicine, military science, cultural and sports events, consultations on issues related to peacekeeping operations, combat training and other areas, The Senate reported.
The agreement will also regulate military cooperation on the transit of military equipment, financing, use of airspace and military training grounds, and language training.
