Akims of regions, the cities of Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent, were instructed to organize the work of conscription commissions.
Ensure that the conscription of 42,098 male citizens aged 18 to 27 who are not entitled to a deferment or exemption from conscription will be carried out in March-June and September-December 2025, the resolution says.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs has been instructed to increase police presence where conscripts are being assembled and sent off.
The Ministry of Transport must organize the transportation of:
- Discharged military personnel
- Recruits called up to the army, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Security Committee, the State Security Service, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations
