Kazakhstan Proposes Azerbaijani Investment in Alakol Resort

Kazakhstan has offered Azerbaijan a new tourism project, Orda.kz reports.
According to the Kazakh embassy in Azerbaijan, Ambassador Alim Bayel met with Azerbaijani Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov to discuss potential investment opportunities.
Two projects were raised during the meeting: one in the pharmaceutical sector and another in tourism.
Alim Bayel proposed to the Azerbaijani side to build a health resort complex on the shore of Lake Alakol. Mikail Jabbarov expressed readiness to cooperate on these initiatives. The interlocutors discussed the details of their implementation, the embassy said in a statement.
