Kazakhstan Meat Cleared for European Market

Kazakhstan has officially received permission to export meat to Europe, Orda.kz reports.
The news was announced by Minister of Agriculture Aidarbek Saparov during a recent government meeting.
There are currently 62 Kazakh enterprises on the EU-approved export list. This year, Kazakhstan received official approval to export honey to EU countries, and we’re also working on opening up exports of aquaculture products, horse meat, and dairy,said Saparov.
Additionally, an agreement for poultry meat exports to China was signed in 2025. More than 2,500 Kazakh enterprises are now set to supply their products to the Chinese market.
Veterinary certificates have also been signed with Georgia and Iran, and efforts to expand markets for Kazakh livestock products are ongoing with Türkiye, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.
