JSC AK Altynalmas, one of Kazakhstan's largest gold mining companies, owned by the Dutch Gouden Reserves BV and Vladimir Dzhumanbayev, has acquired a new subsidiary, Orda.kz reports.
Its structure includes AA Estate LLP.
The KASE website indicates that Altynalmas created the company AA Estate, which rents and operates real estate. The company was registered on November 18, and the joint-stock company immediately became its 100% owner.
AA Estate LLP is headed by 35-year-old Aliya Zhakupova, who also runs Bura-2017 and Asyl Resources.
The company is registered at the same address as Altynalmas, its parent company. Zhakupova’s other enterprises within Altynalmas are involved in mining and trade.
Altynalmas was once a part of Timur Kulibayev's business empire.
Its current primary shareholder is Vladimir Dzhumanbayev, who was put on the wanted list by Kyrgyzstan's law enforcement in June.
Dzhumanbayev was suspected of financing crime boss Kamchy Kolbayev. After he came to Kyrgyzstan, helped the investigation, and gave explanations, all pre-trial proceedings against him were dropped.
