Kazakhstan: Government Allocates 116 Billion Tenge to Support Farmers

To support farmers with preferential loans, almost 116 billion tenge were allocated from the government reserve, Orda.kz reports.
The funds will be used to finance sowing and harvesting work and purchase domestic agricultural machinery:
The finances will come through subsidizing coupon interest on bonds of JSC Agrarian Credit Corporation, JSC KazAgroFinance and reducing the cost of guarantee fees, The Cabinet of Ministers' press service reported.
In December 2024, 100 billion tenge were allocated for the same purposes.
