Kazakhstan Expands China, Vietnam, and Egypt Flight Routes

The Ministry of Transport has announced several new international flight connections.
Starting in March, Air Astana will launch routes to Vietnam, operating four weekly flights from Almaty to Nha Trang and three weekly flights from Astana to Nha Trang.
The national carrier will also introduce thrice-weekly service from Almaty to Guangzhou, China. These flights, operated by Airbus A321LR aircraft, will depart on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
Egyptian charter airline Air Cairo plans to expand its presence in Kazakhstan this spring/summer.
The carrier will introduce weekly flights from Qostanay to Sharm El Sheikh and twice-weekly service from Almaty to Hurghada. Air Cairo also intends to resume its weekly flights connecting Almaty with El Alamein.
According to the Ministry, these new routes are expected to strengthen business ties and tourism cooperation between Kazakhstan and the destination countries.
