Kazakhstan and UK Sign Military Cooperation Plan for 2025–2026

Kazakhstan and the United Kingdom have signed a military cooperation plan for 2025–2026, Orda.kz reports.
The document outlines key areas of collaboration between the two countries’ defense ministries. The signing took place in London during an official visit by a Kazakh delegation led by Colonel Yerbol Qumarbekuly, Chief of Staff at Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Defense.
According to the Ministry, discussions focused on both current topics and potential future steps in developing military cooperation, with particular attention to peacekeeping, language training, and the education of Kazakh officers at UK military academies.
Following the meeting, the parties signed the Military Cooperation Plan between the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland for 2025–2026, the message reads.
