Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulates Xi Jinping on Chinese New Year

The President of Kazakhstan sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the People’s Republic of China on the occasion of the Chinese New Year — the Chunjie holiday, Orda.kz reports.
In his message, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that ties between the two countries are strengthening and that cooperation is continuing to expand. He stressed that he appreciates the Chinese leader’s contribution to developing the partnership.
He also expressed his support for further strengthening cooperation and coordinated action in the international arena, particularly in light of the current global instability.
The Head of State wished Xi Jinping success in implementing international initiatives and prosperity and well-being to the Chinese people.
