Kazakhstan’s Jusan Bank has officially announced a rebranding and name change. The financial institution will now operate as Alatau City Bank, Orda.kz reports.
The rebranding was announced on May 28, following a general meeting of shareholders held on May 15. The legal name change will take effect after official state re-registration.
Renaming the bank is not just a change of sign. It is a reflection of our strategy, our ambitions, and vision for the further development of the financial institution. Alatau City Bank will be built on the solid foundation laid by Jusan Bank, with an emphasis on stability, trust, and long-term partnership,
said Kuat Kozhakhmetov, Chairman of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
According to the bank, it will continue to provide a wide range of services to both individuals and legal entities, expand its regional presence, modernize its branch network, and invest in digital transformation.
All current obligations of the bank to the state, clients, and partners remain unchanged. The rebranding does not affect the operation of services and products,
the bank (still officially Jusan Bank) emphasized.
Changes to signage, office design, and branding elements will be implemented gradually.
In February, Vyacheslav Kim, one of Kazakhstan’s wealthiest businessmen, confirmed his intention to acquire Jusan Bank.
