Investigation into Sherzat's Homicide Case Completed
The pre-trial investigation into the killing of Sherzat Polat in Talgar has been completed, according to an Instagram announcement by the family's lawyers.
On January 17, we received official notification of the investigation's completion, and we are now moving to the next phase of reviewing the criminal case materials, the lawyers stated.
The case will proceed to court after the review of materials is finished.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs had initially planned to conclude the investigation by the end of 2024.
