Human Rights Activist Dina Tansari Detained in Montenegro, Reasons Unclear

Human rights activist Dina Tansari has been placed in a temporary detention facility, Orda.kz reports.
Reportedly, she is expected to remain in custody until the morning, when a court hearing concerning her extradition will be held.
Before her detention, Tansari recorded a video message:
I don't understand what the arrest is connected with. Tomorrow it will be clear what the court will decide,She said.
A criminal case against Tansari under the article “Fraud” was opened in late 2023. On December 28, an Oskemen court issued a warrant for her arrest. Tansari has been living outside Kazakhstan since 2021.
She later published an appeal to the President of Kazakhstan, requesting protection and alleging politically motivated prosecution by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
To date, six criminal cases have been filed against her, including charges related to fraud, violation of privacy, and dissemination of knowingly false information.
