Heating Season in Saran: Toqayev Reprimanded Qaraganda Region Akim

In mid-October, the Akim of the Qaraganda region, Yermaganbet Bulekpayev, reported to the government about the situation in Saran, where a new boiler station unexpectedly failed.
Head of State Qasym-Jomart Toqayev reprimanded the Akim of Qaraganda Region Yermaganbet Bulekpayev for inadequate control over the preparations for the heating season,

Earlier, Bulekpayev ordered Saran Akim Yerkin Baulykov's dismissal from his post for disrupting the start of the heating season in the city. Maksat Kaireshov, who worked as Saran's deputy akim, has been appointed acting akim.
