Heating Season in Abay Region: Officials Caught Heat

The regional Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection to assess the region's preparations for the heating season. Problems were identified, and officials were punished, Orda reports, citing the press service of the Abay regional prosecutor's office.
Heat was supplied to the regional center on time - October 1—without delays. However, issues were discovered in specific districts.
In the Ayagoz district, the launch of the boiler station was delayed, and in Zharminsky, equipment repairs fell behind schedule.
According to the Prosecutor's Office's report, the Akim of the Ayagoz District and a number of officials of the regional akimat were brought to disciplinary liability for the disruption of the heating season in the aforementioned districts, and the director of the Zharma-Su State Enterprise was dismissed from his post,
the department commented.
Local authorities have pledged to fix the problems and ensure uninterrupted heat supply to all residents.
